Saturday Morning on the Seacoast

Good ol' Saturday morning..............

Halloween 2008

August and Owen had two trick or treat nites this year. Friday nite, they got to go out with Grumpy and Molly dressed up as a "Princess" and a "Railway Worker."

On Thursday nite, they had a blast dressed up with the dear friends Luke,Meghan, Rachael and Hale. All of whom were great sports dressed up as sheep with their homemade costumes.

Autumn

Is there anything more beautiful than fall in New England?

A nice afternoon at Emery Farm and Wagon Hill. Eating cider donuts, picking pumpkins and petting goats, sheep and a calf, enjoying the crisp fall air and sleeping all of the way home!

Ahh weekends..........

Spent the afternoon at the playground. Jungle gyms, monkey bars, swings, slides, there are some things that stay the same. I drove through the toll the other day and the toll collector said thanks kiddo and I loved it. Being at the playground definantly makes you feel like one!

A day at home.....

A fun day together. August and Owen are both sick with coughs and colds so I stayed home from work today. We spent the day sleeping in late, painting, taking a long nap and hanging out in our mismatched pajamas. It could not have been better.

and the perfect end

The ice cream man!!!! Such a perfect end to a fun weekend with our buddies. I shouldn't say this, but they didn't get to have their icecream yet because of a bit of a food fight at the dinner table. They are lovely, but they do have their moments. They do make us laugh and oh how we miss them when Monday morning rolls around.

And congratulations is in order Both A&O are officially potty trained!!!!!! It's been fun!

weekend

A beautiful end to a rather stormy weekend. We had a lot of rain yesterday and last night and found out that we have a big leak in our roof!
ahhh life sure keeps you on your toes!

Summer may seem over but we still have the weekends.....

It's Friday night and wer're off to the beach. It sure has been hard to get back into the swing of things, but living minutes from the beach helps.

Owen is so brave and always runs right in never noticing how cold the water is. He laughs and loves the waves, they share the same energy. I wish I did! August loves to look for seashells watch the birds and of course chase "O".

Sunday Afternoon at Endicott Park

We Spent the afternoon at Endicott park with Granny, Pappy, Brian, Lisa and Molly. We had a wonderful day. There was lots to see and plenty of space to run. These late summer days with fresh air and a nice breeze are meant for a picnic!
